Our main shipping facility is just outside of Chicago, Illinois, USA - however, due to the wide varierty of products offered, items may be shipping from manufacturing plants located around the world.
How much is shipping and handling? Shipping is based on the weight of the order and the destination zip code. To find out how much it will cost, simply add the items you want to your shopping cart and and click "est. shipping". We may offer a flat rate shipping for USA 48. To see other shipping options, click "Shopping Cart".
Can I have an order ship to multiple addresses? Yes. Simply provide addresses and the quantity to be sent to each. (Shipping and handling fees are applicable.) During checkout you have the option to enter a ship to address different than your billing address. If you need additional ship to addresses you may phone in your order or create multiple online orders.
How long will it take? Orders placed before 12 noon CT with all items in stock and shipping via UPS Ground are normally shipped the same day. Orders selecting Flat Rate shipping or any special shipping promotion will generally ship in one to two business days. Our main shipping facility is in Lisle, Illinois (Chicago suburb) however, some or all of your order may ship from a another location. Items shipping from another facility may ship in 1-3 business days. If the order is not in stock and is expected to take more that 3 business days to ship, you will be notified with approximate ship date.

I need it fast - can I have it shipped via one of the UPS air services such as next day air? Yes, however, you will need to phone in your order. Orders shipping via air service are given priority and will be processed as soon as possible. Shipping via UPS air service cost more and you will be given the shipping costs of your shipping options for you to choose based on you needs of price compared to speed.
Can I have it shipped with another carrier? Yes. Other shipping methods include mail service, FedEx and DHL and must be requested on phone orders. Orders shipping via FedEx Ground ship out each Friday. Additional charges may apply.
Can you ship it on my UPS account? Yes. Please phone in your order to us at 1-630-922-5007.
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse? Yes. Orders may be picked up during normal business hours. However, it is strongly recommended that you phone in your order ahead of time so that items can be verified to be in stock at our location and pulled.
Can I have my order ship to a PO Box? Yes, however, you must call in your order. Please contact us at 1-630-922-5007. Postage and handling fees will apply.
Can you ship internationally? Yes. This ecommerce site, however, can only ship via UPS. If you want your order shipped via another carrier or via mail service, please contact us via email or call us at: 1-630-922-5007. Please Note: UPS may charge a separate handling fee to process your shipment through customs. |
